We’re giving back to the community with a FREE HVAC system giveaway for the oldest working AC unit in the valley!
Is your A/C struggling to keep up? Making strange noises? If it’s seen better days, this is your chance to win a brand-new system—completely free! All runner-ups will receive a 3-year maintenance agreement on us (value $750) and $100 off for every year that your unit has been running. For example, if your 18-year-old system is a runner-up, it will be eligible for $1800 off a new HVAC system installation.
How to Enter:
- You must be a homeowner within the Western States Home Services service areas (Greater Phoenix & Greater Tucson).
- Your A/C unit must be at least 10 years old.
- Submit your entry by April 18, 2026 – Winner announced April 25, 2026!
- Western States Home Services will verify all entries with a free system evaluation to confirm eligibility.
If you are a homeowner residing within the Western States Home Services service areas and have a unit that’s at least 10 years old, fill out an entry form and send it our way! We will evaluate all entries to confirm eligibility and come to the house free of charge. Entries are limited to one per household, and if you reside in a rental property, the homeowner must submit the entry. All homeowners must be at least 18 years old to enter. You’re also welcome to share this with friends and family members who may qualify!

Contest Rules & Requirements:
- All homeowners must reside within Western States Home Services service area.
- The homeowner’s A/C unit must be a minimum of 10 years old.
- Western States Home Services will complete a free evaluation to confirm age of system.
- The winning customer consents that “before and after pictures” may be used for any future marketing campaign.
- Additional costs associated with bringing the house up to code will not be included.
- Entries are limited to one entry per residence (single-family home, condo, townhouses).
- Verified Homeowners only.
- All homeowners must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for the grand prize.
- The unit must currently be operational and the system must match in age. For example, if the furnace/air handler is 25 years old and the condenser is 15 years old, the system would be considered 15 years old for the contest.
- No other discounts or coupons can be combined with runner up discounts.
